2 Horrifying Re-Brands & What To Do Instead

Branding is a tricky thing.

On one side, branding is super powerful and polarizing. Good branding can even create fanatics and cult-like followings.

On the other side, if you “try too hard” or miss the mark even a little bit on your branding, you’re in deep water. And it’s super tough to dig yourself back out.

That said, it becomes even more difficult if you’re a physical location.

Now, it’s not as simple as deleting your old Facebook profile and starting fresh…

So, in this video I’m sharing 2 horrifying (being dramatic) rebrands in the “physical world” and what we can learn from them. I mention one at the end that actually did it right too. Check it out…

The key takeaway is…

'Think not of thy self {when branding}, but think of thy audience.'Click To Tweet

Gave it my best shot to make that sound like a commandment. ;)

Jokes aside, it’s ALWAYS more about your audience (who you serve) than your own opinions and likes/dislikes.

If you make it all about what YOU like, how you think it should look and feel… You’ll seriously limit your ability to attract a big, strong, loyal following.

Make it more about them.
